What Is Dibond?

Dibond is the industry name for an Aluminum Composite Sheet, bonded together with a core of polyethylene along with a white or black surface, allowing us to print onto the substrate or even attach elements such as lettering. Its rigid and lightweight elements make it the perfect substrate whilst offering cost-effective pricing and hassle-free installation, with a number of options as to how to install it.

The benefit of essentially sandwiching the plastic centre and the aluminium is that it will not expand or contract like some plastics do, meaning that it’s tougher, less likely to fade over the years and easy to transport due to the lightness.

Our Dibond Lamination Options

Gloss

Generates that vibrant colour you might be looking for from your signage, allowing your colours to truly pop.

Matt

Matt lamination produces a more elegant finish, more applicable for professional prints as opposed to the gloss variation.

Anti-Scuff

Useful for areas where the material might be in touching distance for customers, preventing any damage to the boards themselves.
